Terms of Participation & Liability Waiver
By confirming this reservation, I acknowledge that participation in a guided bicycle tour with Pedaole Bike Tours involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Exposure to traffic and road conditions
• Weather changes and environmental factors
• Accidental falls or mechanical issues
I declare that I am physically fit to participate and will follow all safety instructions provided by the guide. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Pedaole Bike Tours, its staff, guides, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activity.
If booking on behalf of others, I confirm that all participants accept these terms. In case of minors, I certify that I am their legal guardian and authorize their participation.
I understand that Pedaole Bike Tours reserves the right of admission, and that this activity does not include personal accident insurance unless explicitly stated.
